Rates:
Ensembles rates vary, depending on the location of the event, the number of players being hired and the instruments required. Please note that all ensembles require payment for the amount of time they are required to stay at a venue.

To confirm a booking, a deposit of $50 must be sent when returning the booking contract.
Other requirements:
- Ensembles require chairs (without arms) to be provided by the client at the venue. All other equipment is provided by the Arioso Players.
- The players will take short break (10 minutes) for each hour that they play. This is simply to allow their arms to rest!
- Please note that water and direct sunlight will ruin the instruments; if an engagement is to be held outside, please make sure that shelter is available.
- If an engagement runs for two hours or more, the players require that refreshments be provided.
- The Arioso Players requires at least 72 hours notice if an engagement is cancelled.
